Founded in June 2001, Shanghai Airport VIP Service Co, Ltd (formerly Shanghai Airport Elite Service Co, Ltd) is affiliated to Shanghai Airport ity, and provides specialized VIP services to high-end passengers at Shanghai’s Hongqiao and Pudong airports.
The company owns 48 VVIP lounges, 17 VIP lounges and one super-large comprehensive VIP lounge. Their total areas reach 30,000 square meters at Hongqiao and Pudong airports. With a professional team of 430, and 30 third-party partners, Shanghai Airport VIP Service Co aims to provide high-end, customized one-stop service for passengers entering and leaving Shanghai.
The company passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification in October 2004, and always puts passengers first, doing its best to make them feel safe and comfortable. It pursues excellence as well as sustainable development.
Services
VIP service includes assistance in check-in and baggage check-in, prioritized processing of frontier inspection (international flights), and use of the VIP lounge.
VIP Plus service includes assistance in check-in and baggage check-in or pickup, accompanied shuttle service, prioritized processing of frontier inspection (international flights), channels for first-class cabins, use of a VIP lounge, accompanied boarding service, and pickup service at the air bridge.

VIP service:
domestic flights: 600 yuan per person
international flights: 1200 yuan per person
VIP Plus service:
domestic flights: 900 yuan per person
international flights: 1500 yuan per person
