Founded in 1999, Shanghai Pudong International Airport Cargo Terminal Co, Ltd (PACTL) is a Sino-German joint venture set up by Shanghai Airport ity (51 percent), Lufthansa Cargo AG (29 percent) and the Shanghai-based JHJ Logistics Management Co, Ltd (20 percent). The company has integrated the advantages of the three shareholders and grown into one of the world’s top cargo terminals.
Securing a total investment of 479.02 million yuan ($69.47 million) and registered capital of 191.61 million yuan, this partnership has succeeded in establishing Shanghai Pudong International Airport Cargo Terminal Co as one of the major cargo centers in China.
PACTL West is a joint venture set up by three shareholders, Shanghai Pudong International Airport Cargo Terminal Co, Ltd (56 percent), Air China Limited (39 percent) and SHK Beijing Logistics Development Limited (5 percent), with an investment of 2.3 billion yuan.
